Our Story

Founded in 2022 by Manuel Mario Musselo, AFUCREP (Afungi Can Recycling Project) is a local SME based in Palma, Mozambique. Starting with a team of four, we collect waste from camps like ACE, Pioneer, CMC WBHO, and Gabriel Couto, leveraging Manuel's expertise in camp management and community relations.

Our Services

Recycling Operations

We collect cans, plastic bottles, and scrap metal from camps and facilities around DUAT, compacting and baling materials for efficient processing.

We purchase recyclables from local communities like Quitunda and Senga, creating income opportunities and fostering sustainability.

Micro Depots

We establish deposit points and micro depots in remote communities, enabling locals to sell recyclables and generate income.
